Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment. In the case of a large number of orders, this time may be slightly longer.
Yes, free shipping applies to orders over PLN 399. For lower amounts, the shipping cost is visible in the basket.
We accept payments: BLIK, card (Visa, Mastercard), Tpay fast transfers, PayPo (buy now, pay later), PayPal and traditional bank transfer.

We send parcels via courier companies InPost , OrlenPaczka , UPS , GLS , DPD.

No, we only sell by mail order. Personal collection is not possible .
Yes. When placing your order, select the invoice option and provide your company details. If you select a receipt, you will not be able to issue an invoice later. The sales document will be sent by email.
Yes. Each product has a size chart to help you choose the right option. The size chart is also available in the footer of the page.
Complaints and Returns
Yes, at LOENN you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Just inform us of your wish to return and send the product back.
Go to the complaints and returns section. You can easily return products using fajne-zwroty.pl. Quickly order a courier or send a return to a parcel locker.
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the moment of withdrawal from the contract . We may withhold the transfer until we receive the product or proof of its shipment.
Some products – especially those in sealed packaging – cannot be returned once they have been opened if they are not suitable for resale for hygiene reasons.
Yes, you can file a complaint if the product has defects. Go to the complaints and returns section. You can easily return products using fajne-zwroty.pl. You can quickly order a courier or send a return to a parcel locker.
To speed up the complaint process, please provide: order number, description of the defect and the date it was noticed, preferred form of solution: repair, replacement, refund or price reduction, contact details.
We have a maximum of 14 days from receipt to consider a complaint.
